Return PolicyProducts sold on the Rocky Mountain Handmade site are handmade which means they are one of a kind. All products are sold as is, however, our goal is to ensure satisfaction with products purchased, so we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve any issues.
If you are unsatisfied with any product please email Support@RockyMountainHandmade.com within 7 business days of receipt explaining why you are not happy with the product. Support staff will work with you and the Seller to resolve the issue whether it is a refund or replacement. If you are returning the product, the product must be returned in the same condition you received it. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right of action against you for compensation.
